  • How do I subscribe to IMpreneur?
    If you’re willing to register IMPReneur with post-paid mechanism, you can go to our nearest Gerai Indosat Ooredoo or you can order it online through -> https://myim3shop.indosatooredoo.com/#/im-order-postpaid
    But if you are more ease in pre-paid, you can buy our Starter Pack, register it online through 4444, and simply buy via UMB *123*456# or via MYIM3 apps
    Note that IMPreneur (for parent’s number) are eligible ONLY for new subscriber. For child’s number, however, follow term and condition below:
    • Prepaid subs must come for new subscriber (less than 30 days upon activation)
    • Old & new postpaid subs are eligible to become child number
  • How do I share the benefit with my child number?
    • After your number registered with IMPreneur, you can go to link here -> im3.do/imphome
    • To make it ease, create your own password instead of OTP
    • After you create your password, you can login, go to member list, add your child number first and click the ‘+’ green button
  • After the benefit being shared, where can I get to see the detail?
    To see usage, can be seen through the MyIM3 Apps.
  • After being IMPreneur subs, can I register another package?
    Definitely! You can register simultaneously with other package with the likes of Freedom Internet, yellow or IMclass
    Please note that IMPReneur package only works with package that doesn’t have IMPRener business quota.
  • Did IMPreneur have roll-over mechanism?
    Unfortunately, in the meantime IMPReneur did not have roll-over mechanism. But make sure you check our page regularly, who knows in the future we will roll out this feature
