Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani President Commissioner
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani was appointed as the President Commissioner of Indosat Ooredoo at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) dated on July 20, 2020. With over 16 years of experience in communications, digital transformation, finance and accounting, he held various management positions within Ooredoo since joined the company in 2009. He successfully led the Ooredoo Kuwait to achieve key milestones and increase its share in the market.
Mr. Syed Maqbul Quader was appointed as Independent Commissioner on August 31, 2016. He has an extensive career in the financial sector and has held prestigious positions around the world, including Dhaka, Hong Kong, United States of America, and London.
Mr. Wijayanto Samirin, 44, was appointed as Independent Commissioner of Indosat Ooredoo in January 2015. Currently, he is Special Staff of the Vice President of Republic of Indonesia for Economics and Finance.
Active in various ASEAN forums and programs. These include ASEAN Border Leadership Exchange Programme, The Border Intelligence Workshop, and the 7th ASEAN Enforcement and Compliance Working Group Meeting.

Afini Boer, was appointed as a Commissioner at the Indosat Ooredoo Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 May 2019. He is presently a Director of Planning and Control at the Directorate of Planning Control for Activities and Operations, Technology Intelligence Deputy, Indonesian State Intelligence Agency (BIN) (since 2017), with the rank of Brigadier General in the Indonesian armed forces. Previously he was Director of Engineering (2017) and Director of Monitoring (2014-2017), also at the Technology Intelligence Deputy, BIN.
He has had a long and distinguished career in the Indonesian armed forces, starting in 1987, and joining BIN in 2014. During this time he has carried out many important assignments both domestically and abroad.
A graduate of the Indonesian military academy (AKMIL) in 1987, he received the Satyalancana Wira Karya national medal as well as the Satyalancana Kesetiaan VIII Years, Satyalanca Kesetiaan XXVI Years and Satyalancana Kesetiaan XXIV Years military long service medals.
